Refund & Make-up Class Policy

At Jumpstart Gym, we understand that children may occasionally be unable to attend their scheduled class. The following policy applies to class fees, missed classes and make-up classes.


No Refunds

All fees paid to Jumpstart Gym are non-refundable. We do not provide cash refunds, credit card refunds or refunds to the original method of payment for classes, memberships, packages or other programme fees once payment has been made.


Missed Classes & Make-Up Classes

If your child is unable to attend a scheduled class, you may book a make-up class within 30 days of the missed class.


Make-up classes:

  • Must be taken within 30 days of the original missed class.

  • Are subject to class availability and appropriate age/programme placement.

  • Must be booked in advance.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another person.

  • Expire if not used within the 30-day period.


Classes Cancelled by Jumpstart Gym

If Jumpstart Gym cancels a scheduled class, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or make-up class. No refund will normally be issued where a suitable replacement class is provided.


Exceptional Circumstances

Any exceptional circumstances will be considered by Jumpstart Gym management on a case-by-case basis, and any accommodation offered will be at management's discretion.

Terms & Conditions

1  FEES                       

Fees are to be paid in full prior to the start of your child’s membership package (4 / 24 classes).

2  CLASS NO-SHOWS

We keep classes small to ensure the best experience for your child. A registered class may be cancelled up until start time, and you are welcome to reschedule to another applicable class session within a 30-day window.

3  PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

The gym will be closed on public holidays according to our official holiday schedule. You are welcome to replace your child’s class with another applicable class session within a 30-day window.

4  MEMBERSHIP HOLD

If your child is unable to attend class for one or two months but is committed to returning to the gym, you may place your membership on hold for a maximum of 60 days in a calendar year with a minimum hold period being 30 days.

5  REFUNDS

We are unable to refund payments for membership packages. Please consider a membership hold when needed.

6  GYM ATTIRE

Children should be attired in T-shirts paired with shorts, track pants or leggings.

Children are to wear clean athletic shoes for parkour classes - outdoor shoes are fine, but muddy or sandy shoes are not allowed in the gym. Parents are to wear socks when entering the gym floor.

7  MEDIA POLICY

We reserve all rights to photograph, sound- and video-record classes and activities for training, publicity, and promotional purposes.

8  LEAVING

If for any reason your child cannot continue to attend classes, we ask that you provide us with 30 days’ notice.
