Eagles
The top of the ladder. The start of everything.
Eagles Kids Program: Gymnastics for Young Athletes (5 Years Old)
Eagles is where children begin to understand that they are becoming athletes. The relationship with their own body shifts from discovery to development, and the quiet pride that comes with landing a skill cleanly — something they couldn't do three weeks ago — is unlike anything else in a child's week.
The Eagles program builds structured gymnastics technique across floor, beam, bars, and vault foundations. Classes introduce increasingly complex sequences, proper body mechanics, and the discipline of learning something that doesn't come easily the first time. Children are coached individually within the group setting, and progress is tracked against clear, age-appropriate milestones.
Eagles also marks the first introduction to the Ninja Parkour circuit — not as free play, but as a structured training element. The obstacles reward everything the earlier bands have been quietly building: upper body strength, spatial awareness, controlled risk-taking, and the confidence to attempt something that looks hard. It is a taste of what's coming. A glimpse of the top of the ladder.
By the end of Eagles, your child will have a skill set that is genuinely impressive. More importantly, they will know how to work for something.
The stage
Five-year-olds are capable of far more than most environments ask of them. Eagles asks. This is the mastery year of the main ladder: real gymnastics skills executed with genuine technique, real strength work scaled to growing bodies, and real goals children chase across a term. Eagles graduate ready for competitive gymnastics pathways, for sport of every kind, and — for the ones who've been eyeing the obstacles across the gym — for Ninja Parkour.

In class, your baby will
01
Handstands & Landings
Train cartwheels, handstands against support, and safe landings that feel exciting, not scary. These core gymnastics skills build strength, coordination and the confidence to try new challenges.
02
Confident Beam Routines
Perform full beam routines at height, with jumps, turns and holds. Each pass teaches them to focus, place their feet carefully and trust their balance under a little bit of pressure.
03
Bars & Controlled Swings
Work the bar with strength: pullovers, front supports and controlled swings. These bar basics develop upper body power and body awareness in a safe, supported way.
04
Powerful Vault & Jumps
Build explosive power: sprint approaches, hurdle-steps and strong, stuck landings. This powerful leg work sets the stage for vaulting, bigger jumps and more advanced tumbling.
05
Goal-Setting & Skill Practice
Set skill goals with their coach and train towards them week by week. Repeating skills with purpose teaches resilience, focus and the pride of finally “getting it” on their own.
06
Leadership & Taking the Lead
Lead — demonstrating for the group, helping a partner or going first on a new station. These leadership moments build confidence, communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
What’s building underneath
By five, your child has spent years learning that their body can be trusted. Eagles converts that trust into competence — measurable, demonstrable, theirs. The strength and technique matter. But what an Eagle really graduates with is an identity: I am someone who trains hard things until I can do them. That identity transfers. To school. To sport. To everything after.
By the time they graduate for Ninja Parkour, most Eagles can
01
Execute a cartwheel with straight legs and confident rhythm
02
Hold a supported handstand
03
Perform a complete beam routine independently
04
Pull over the bar unassisted
05
Run, spring, shape and land a full vault sequence

Where they go next
Eagles is the top of the main ladder — not the end of the journey. Graduates move into Ninja Parkour (Ninja Cubs, 6–10), where everything they've built — strength, control, courage, persistence — gets pointed at obstacles. The obstacle is the point.
